Return & Refund Policy

  • Customers can return the order within 7 days from the date of delivery. (For orders placed outside sale duration)
  • The product must be in its original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • We reserve the right not to accept the return of products which
    • (i) We believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or
    • (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).
  • We will not be able to arrange reverse pickup of products unless confirmed by our Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at info@kurtiskraft.in and we will get back to you, Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team.
  • Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we will arrange the reverse pickup of Products within 48 hours of receiving the request.
  • Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
  • As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc In case of return; the delivery partner charges us for a reverse pickup from the customer location. We request our customers to pay a charge of ₹100 (Which will be credited back to the Source Or customer’s Kurtiskraft wallet within 48 to 72 hours after the product quality check is completed).
  • If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

  • We grant you a period of 7 days from the day the order was delivered by the delivery executive. (For orders placed outside sale duration)
  • In case you return the goods within the contractual term of the right of withdrawal, you will only be reimbursed with the amount paid for said products. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed after the goods returned. The amount will be credited back into customer’s store wallet.
  • Incase you have received a damaged, defective, missing or a wrong product on delivery. Please reach out to us within 24 hours at info@kurtiskraft.in
  • An order can be returned to a maximum of two (2) consecutive times.

WALLET – Terms and Conditions:

  • The Kurtiskraft “Wallet” amount can solely be used on https://kurtiskraft.in/ against purchases made on the website.
  • The Kurtiskraft “Wallet” amount is non-refundable, It cannot be transferred back to source (into bank account).
  • The Kurtiskraft “Wallet” amount is non-transferable. It cannot be transferred to other user account.
  • The Kurtiskraft “Wallet” amount cannot be used at the retail stores.
  • Please note when using Kurtiskraft wallet credits for your purchase, If wallet amount is close to cart value, wallet credits will only cover 100% of the total amount. If your wallet credit doesn’t fully cover the purchase, you’ll need to use another payment method to pay the remaining difference.

Eligibility for Return:

Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, must be provided for all return requests.

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for removing any product or modifying any product or material or content from our website or not processing an order once we have sent the Order Confirmation.

Kurtiskraft reserves the right to inspect the product to determine eligibility for replacement or refund.

Process for Return:

  • Customers must contact Kurtiskraft customer service team to initiate the return process.
  • Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we will arrange the pickup Products within 7 days of receiving the request.

Refund Process:

  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Fraud Prevention Measures:

  • Kurtiskraft prioritises the security of our customers. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are suspected of being fraudulent or violating the terms of this policy.
  • Rest assured, all returned products undergo thorough inspection to verify their condition and authenticity.
  • We treat any fraudulent attempts to return products with seriousness and will promptly report such instances to the relevant authorities.
